    I admit for botting while I was having my meal. I am deeply sorry for that can you give me a second chance, please. I just train to level 120 and start 4th job. I took very long and a lot of effort to reach 120. Can I ask for a few days ban instead of a perm ban please.

    how do you differentiate some people using a robotic bot and banned for 7 days while mine is a perm ban.
