Character Name: Barzark Last thing you did: Spoke to Frederick, then logged out, tried to log in again and said I was permanently banned. Why do you think you got banned?: Probably not updating my files? I'm pretty sure I did but I think that is the most likely reason. Ban message when attempting to log in: You may not access your account because your account is permanently banned. Honestly I beleive it was either not updated files (not sure, anyways my mistake obviously) or a bug. Already downloaded and updated new files. Thanks for the help!
Yup, you aren't in trouble, you just got banned for having outdated files. We just need you to download the game again to get the current patch & then take a screenshot of your MapleRoyals folder with the "date modified" column showing so we can verify you updated your files. Once you do that we can unban you & you can play again.
