I found out i got banned this morning while I back from lab. My friend came visited me yesterday because of a meeting in my city. I lent my room to him, then i went to my lab working for my academic research whole night. I asked my friend to train my character for me, he said he knew a very fast way to level up. He was very high level in public server when we're child, so I believe him. While I get back to my room from lab this morning, I find out my account got permanently banned. I have no idea so I asked him why. He said he use some special way to let the character hunt by itself. I don't know what he said, it's too hard for me. Maybe you'll know about that, i just know he said it was called "Macro" or something. I think it is a illegal program so my account got banned. I knew that I'm wrong, I should not let him know my password. But I really not a cheater! Could you please help me...? MapleRoyal is the only relax of my reseaching life. you were casting skills, feeding your pet and moving your character without replying when you were prompted, after several minutes I warped you to a different map so you could notice but you still didn't reply, using a macro botting program results in a permanent ban. In addition to that, you made a believable claim of major account sharing in your ban appeal, that result in another permanent ban. unfortunately, your appeal has been denied and you are no longer allowed to play MapleRoyals.
Ok... that's my fault, I'll take it. But I have to claim, I'm not a cheater. I was in lab (not in front of my PC) whole night and didn't know everything while I got banned. And the case of account sharing, I'm not sharing account with my friend. I told him I'm playing MapleRoyals and introduced MapleRoyals to him. He didn't even have an account. I have a question, you said I am no longer allowed to play MapleRoyals. It means I can't create a new account to rejoined MapleRoyals?
