Character Name: not applicable (no char) Last thing you did: havent played the game yet Why do you think you got banned?: not applicable Ban message when attempting to log in: none (login button gray out cant cont further) What GM banned you (optional): Made an account yesterday (12/7/17) tried logging in and could not get past the login screen. The login button would gray out and nothing will happen, no pop up msg, just stuck there. Posted a thread in a different section and was refer to the ban appeal section. I do not believe I have been banned since I have just created the account and login.

the account id of heroherohero is part of your ID here, it has similar email and date of birth as your account, it has the same IP as well.
well that is an interesting I am not denying the fact that there is an account banned with my ip address, but whoever did get banned is not me. If possible can you remove the ban that prevent my account that i recently created so i can play? in regards to similar info, ip get refresh and reused which could indicate similar ip addresses, and multiple people have same ideas when it comes to nicknames, thus similarity. i am not asking for an unbanned for whoever acc has the char name heroherohero, just somehow to allow my acc to access the game and play
