You are not allowed to use your brother's account. That is account sharing. Also, you are permanently banned for vote abuse.

The reason you are banned is because I checked your voting history, for an example, these 4 characters voting in the same day: AchaioA, PowerDreamer, clown119x, NaTieh. PowerDreamer is a vote abuse mule owned by you or your brother, I can't tell which one since you are account sharing so often, you are the same person far as I'm concerned, and you even claim to be that person so I have no reason to believe you now. So you have NaTieh, PowerDreamer, and clown119x, belonging to you and your brother, and you can't get 3 votes in the same day with 2 people and say there is no vote abuse, saying it was all your brothers fault won't help. AchaioA only plays from the same computers as you. And outside of the vote abuse you have been doing, you are also account sharing with LuWay, on multiple occasions. You are not going to be unbanned for your account sharing, and your deep involvement in this vote abuse definitely doesn't help, and will still result in a permanent ban.
