every connection has a MAC and IP address the IP address is the internet connection you use to connect to mapleroyals, the MAC connection comes from your computer. Some computers have software that adds multiple MAC addresses to your connection. Most of these MAC addresses are banned due to hackers connecting with similar software (virtual PCs, network adapters, VPNs) and cannot be used thus they will have to be disabled in order for players to play with their own MAC and IP address
