ban appeals been a bit dry lately, lets light this one up shall we

 

You are permanently banned for major vote abuse.

 

you're kidding right? can you list the characters I was voting on more than once per day?

 

You were voting on the accounts containing the characters Hitta and soml.

 

The account containing soml was created when I was new, and may have double voted a few times, but I stopped after reading the rules. Even so, I believe that's two accounts which should only warrant a temporary ban, correct?

 

You gained 648k NX from vote abuse between these dates: 2017-09-01 - 2017-11-30, which is considered major vote abuse.

 

I'm confused. It says double voting is considered minor vote abuse, could you please list the third account that I was voting on?

 

As stated in the MapleRoyals Terms & Conditions:

In your case you were voting more than once within any given 24 hour period, no where in this rule does it state that it's based on the number of accounts that are voting.

 

The T&C before was based on number of accounts, stating that double voting was minor vote abuse regardless of time frame. Is there anyway I could be treated with the previous punishment as that was when I committed the offence?

 

Nothing in the rules have changed since the time you were vote abusing and now, the only difference is that we added this part to the end to clarify that we have the right to permanently ban for severe abuse - 'Please be aware that, in cases of severe abuse as per discretion of staff, we reserve the right to respond with a permanent ban regardless of if it is your first offense.'

 

Can I at least request to know who had to dig up my voting logs from last year to ban me ?

 

We are not going to show you that information, and with that, appeal denied.
