    Last thing you did: My husband and I just came back after not playing for a long time. We both updated the game and can log in, but once we click on our characters we are immediately disconnected with a message that says "can't connect to the game server". I have seen others that have had this problem and were MAC banned, so I'm just checking to see if that is the case for us. I have tried logging in on 2 of my accounts, and get the same problem.
    Why do you think you got banned?: no idea

    do you have any unused network adapters / VPN / software that provide additional MAC addresses installed and active? your accounts and the ip you posted with here are not banned

    I don't, this is the only computer I use to play on. I don't use a VPN either. I've made a thread in technical support, and they suggested making one here to check if I'm banned or not.

    your account, mac and IP address are not banned, have you tried running the client in compatibility mode?

    Yes, I've tried compatibility mode. I tried to uninstall, but I get an error saying it can only be uninstalled on 64 bit windows? I was going to uninstall, restart, and reinstall.

    have you tried deleting all mapleroyals related files, redownloading them and restarting your computer in between?
