I was honestly unaware that this was against the terms & conditions because I had quit for a long time and was just excited to be back, and playing again. I have read the terms & conditions again and am updated with what is and isn't allowed in the game. I have not broken the terms & conditions before and hope that after a time this ban be lifted.
Doesn't seem as though you were excited to play again since the first thing you do is set up a program that does all the work for you. That aside, we have always and will continue to take macrobotting very seriously. Your ban will be not be reconsidered as it's been stated numerous times before that being unaware of the rules is no excuse.
