    Why do you think you got banned?:I think because my IP changed (I logged in School today ,while at home yesterday)

    No, I have only one character...and my account is banned
    the message says because my IP is banned.
    so...i really don't know the reason. can you lift the ban?

    We don't remove IP bans if they have been used to break the game rules, and since you have logged into the game today successfully I am closing this.

    I assume you receive a dynamic IP, so restarting your network devices might help solve the problem if it happens again.
