You need to wait more than 14 minutes, show some patience. You were banned for apparently ban evading while you were under your temporary ban.
Ban evading means logging onto a different account in order to be able to carry on playing while you're banned.
Oh, Actually ya, i've made a new account in the beginning in order to play, but i couldn't, so does that mean im banned, or i might get unbanned? and thank you Mr.Katsuruka
You hacked on Quiks and ban-evaded then botted on xQuiks, so you will remain permanently banned and any future accounts you try to make here will also be banned.
