I obtained many many of achievements in the game, after I reached 120, I helped other people who I just met at a map, leeching them for free. Some of them I even helped them to reach 120lv. At the same time, I had a national big exam in Taiwan for applying high school. I can’t play the game, so it is my opinion that I lent my account to my friend, she could leech for herself, and my account wouldn’t be useless. That should be my first time be caught, may my account unban? If the rules were changed, can I follow the much beneficial one, because of “the doctrine of observing old laws and new ones when with lighter punishment ?” I really feel regretful for what I did, as I repeatedly mentioned, I just wanna see my friends in game and play with them. Like one of my friends, he said ,”you can always get in touch with me in the game,” but I cannot talk to him anymore. Again, I sincerely apologize for my fault. Hope I can be forgiven. It is true that the first punishment for account sharing CAN be 30 days, but in terms of major account sharing, where you let someone else use your account to train or leech, or taking items off of it and benefiting in any way, will result in a permanent ban. Ignorance of the rules is not an excuse. The appendix for the rule is this : 10. Account Sharing - This rule was altered in October of 2014 to respond to the growing number of people abusing the ability to share accounts for a variety of purposes that we deemed unacceptable. Eight scenarios for which account sharing will be considered an immediate permanent ban are the following: Using power-levelling services; Two or more people taking turns in levelling up a character (ie: training); Logging onto someone else's character in order to leech your own; Removing items from or deleting someone else's character; Giving an account with a high-levelled character on it to someone else; Committing a bannable offence (other than just account sharing) on someone else's account; Wasting staff time by lying about the account sharing; Sharing your account details with multiple people. In any other situations, the default punishment will be a 30 day ban and potentially a reversal of actions taken during the share, however, this is still subject to staff discretion and the involved parties may face a permanent ban regardless of their situation not being listed above. Finally, the use of the same account information as other locations such as your personal social medias or any other game servers does not violate this rule, however, any individuals who access your account on the basis of knowledge of account information in other places does. You are responsible for the privacy of your own account information. So the ban will remain permanent.
