I use my computer to play the game. But some time I will go to internet café when I can't use my computer. But I still vote in my computer and always 24hour vote 1 time. Sorry , I don't know is this infraction Game Terms & Conditions? Can I have a chance unban?
This ban happened after I played at this internet cafe, that was my first time visiting the place so I wouldn't know what kind of connection service they are using. If it would help you in understanding the situation better, I can go back to the same cyber cafe and find out the details you would like to know. However, I do not possess good knowledge on these sort of things so it would be helpful if you can point out what you would like to know or what did you think was shady about the cafe's connection beforehand so we could both save our time I noticed that you have only banned my Bishop's account, which is the only account I have logged in at the mentioned cyber cafe but not my other accounts, would this suggest that the problem lies with the cafe's internet connection but not me? You can perhaps check my record on voting on all my other accounts from all these time I have been playing and you should see that I did not perform any form of vote abuse.
