One of my Brother?? At Times he will ask to use the com and log in for a short while. He stopped playing for quite a while. Admin, Please kindly login to my account and the jobs I’m playing . Doesn’t mean he high level we will share account. Mage earns way better and faster too. ^^ thanks.
Anyway Admin, I get that you are trying to say that we are account sharing, but just to add on if you check that account, you can see that other than BM there is another job BS too. If we were sharing, I would have use his bs to level my own account in less than a week to 12x instead of slowly playing and taking so Long. You can check. Thanks
I personally checked the login history of all the accounts and imrit and lmrit were suddenly shared and changed to 3 login locations while some other accounts of the original creator of imrit was still being played on the usual computer. All the locations imrit and lmrit has been logged in from since 2018-06-02 have been banned for account sharing/selling
Hi Admin, I do not know who is lmrit. I only know who is imrit. There is a difference between those 2. Thanks. Not to be sound rude, but I believe you already have the preconception that I am account sharing or selling. Reason I have already explain. I’m more interested in getting my account back but you kept focusing on imrit which is not mine. Reason for that account and him using only those particular places is because the network is better and lesser rate of DC. You can check mainly the account he only use for bossing. Thus a stable network is needed. If it’s not stable he will not use that laptop and switch to another one or another place. Thanks. Hope this clarify for you.
I live in Singapore, and this sounds like nonsense to me simply because our entire island is mostly running on fibre optic network. And network stability doesn't increase/decrease just because you switch device (okay, we can argue about the chips you're using, but that's not the point). And yes, we have our suspicion that you're either sharing account, or buying/selling it. Till you can explain why our logs is showing that to be the case, you'll remain banned. And if it's your brother who did it, then he's to be blamed that you can no longer play using the network.
Oh GM Kai, didn’t know you are from SG too. I do agree with your point that our island is mostly running on fiber optics. But do note that not every SG people have the privilege or money to subscribe to such good wifi service. Maybe you are using a good wifi plan thus you don’t encounter such issue. What you are using doesn’t meant that I am using the same as you too. Please also factor in the place where the connection point is placed at. Maybe yours is in your room which allows you to have full bar of connection. However mine is a shared connection. Thus getting a 01 bar signal to play I’m very grateful already. Maybe this explaination will be able to enlighten you abit on why is it so??? Another factor, just saying If you are paying the bills then you should know that a cheapest plan for fiber optics cost minimum $39.90 a month. Which is not really affordable to lower income family which doesn’t allow us to have the luxury of having fast and good internt speed or connectivity. Affordable and usable connections are much cheaper are like broadband wifi and yes it is still found in SG and people(like us) are still using it. Sometimes even public wifi is much faster however you don’t get the comfort as you do when you play at your own comfort zone. To me I have already cooperated and and assisted to the best I can but the issue of my account is still not being solved but just replied with a reply which I felt it’s like saying “ too bad, just blame your brother and you will just be banned because the issue cannot be solve”. Just saying this, maybe by banning out of 1000 people there are really 01 or 02 people that are really innocent and they are just banned wrongly. Yes you might have banned 999 people who are abusing the system but what about the innocent 01 person. He will forever be there to remember what had been done unjustly to him????? From the way it looks, until you/your brother can explain to us why imrit was logged into using your PC when the account didn't belong to you, it seems like you don't have much of a case here. And, I don't let any bans affect my sleep. I even got death threats a few times.

So if my brother played on his old laptop and has problem, and he uses my laptop to play = account sharing? or its laptop sharing? u can ask Tim to check the IP address if requires. Recently, server had some problem? is it because it is not using fibre optic connection? Why server is able to have connection issue, and we are not allow to have connection issue? I find this kind of racist for you to assume anyone staying in Singapore = knows Chinese. But yes, I do know Chinese. And watch the personal insults there.
I still think that you are not reading and understanding. No accounts were shared or sold throughout the entire situation. And with regards to your 2nd point, I did not say that everyone in Singapore knows how to speak Chinese. Please do not add words into my mouth. I said that YOU pique my interest so I went to click on your profile and see and from links I found out that you are able to speak English and Mandarin which is equal to Chinese. Talking about personal insult at no point was I rude or made any personal insult. I just simply asked to be answered in Chinese as that is my stronger language which I’m more comfortable to communicate in. At no point was I making this up or assuming that just because you are in Singapore that every Singaporean can speak Chinese as quoted by you. The reason I spoke to you in Chinese was cause you said you are able to communicate using that language. I do have a lot of multiracial friends and I am always happy to learn and communicate with them using their Mother Tongue so as to be able to be closer to them and learn more about their culture. My Malay language is quite good too. In case you are wondering.
No need the attitude there. Anyway, your brothers are too young for the game, and even if the ban appeal gets through, they'll still be banned till they turn 13. Another thing is I’m saying the laptop is having problem and not what is the problem. Anyway I don’t get it as to why you are trying to make it seem like I’m being attitude or causing some problems. When I’m trying to find a solution and resolve this issue amicably but you are being extremely defensive. And I do agree with you that other GMs might be better to handle my case.
