Character Name: My character name on the first account is jandjanny, and oh the second is djanjanjanny(I think, I cannot remember for 100%). Last thing you did: Last thing I did was be afk in my shop in the FM for around 10 hrs, when I came back was banned. Why do you think you got banned?: I am not too sure, as I went over the rules and I do not seem to have broken any rules. One thing that comes to mind was a couple of days ago, when looking for Headless horseman, I found it in the same time as someone else, and attacked it a couple of times not knowing about the rules, but when I realized it wasn't allowed I left. Another thing that comes to mind is that I have logged on multiple times using VPN. The reason is very simple. Sometimes when I am grinding for hours I like to watch a series on netflix, and use VPN to do so. I do not see in the rules anything against that, but it might have led to thinking that I am sharing the account as the IP is different, and makes sense since both my accounts are banned. Aside from those two, where I didn't even break the rules. I really don't see any other reason I might have gotten banned for. Ban message when attempting to log in: "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection. Please check again" What GM banned you (optional): I have no idea.
Sorry about the bump, but I would like to also clarify that my VPN sometimes randomly disconnects, and thus I may have some suspicious random DC's every so often.
the characters you mentioned arent banned nor are the ip addresses you posted from. perhaps you're trying to connect with a banned MAC or IP address fro myour VPN service. make sure you dont use a publicly available VPN service, you can read more about that here: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/do-not-use-public-vpn-services-for-mapleroyals.73925/
My vpn address works, i can connect with it, but didnt cause my normal address does not work, thus making me think my normal address might be banned? EDIT: Should I send you my IP address in a pm?
