    you're trying to connect from a banned IP address, are you using any ip changing software?

    but how? I use only a PC , with a only wifi signal, and I don't bring my laptop to any place, I stay in my room only.

    that depends on your isp, if that doesnt happen you should contact them and ask for a different ip

    Thank You Tim, I resolved it, just restart my modem and I can enter again, I suposse my ISP change my IP when I restar. thank you again. :)
