That was a misunderstanding about voting without getting whitelisted. My roommate and I shared one IP,and since we are not a family,we think it's ok to do so. Is there a way to get ban removed? If not,how long will the ban be?
That's not what you said in game to your alliance. An admin will determine your final ban duration. For now, it's permanent.
It was just a spoken mistake. The fact is that I voted on my mobile and he used my PC to vote. However,I didn't said so because no one in our alliance know such a people,so I wouldn't say"and my friend is able to vote,too." I thought our mistake were"using another IP to vote". I thought I don't have to explain so much to my alliance in the first place because I don't know people in the alliance really reported this. And after I found our behavior of abusing wrong,I didn't explain it any further. My roommate is really person exists and playing mapleroyals. I can provide such evidence if needed. why would you be saying: ssshhhh keep it low key why not since you can duo client anyway as a response to someone asking if you double voted regardless your amount of vote abuse without being whitelisted warrants a permanent ban
"ssshhhh keep it low key" I was joking,but I can't remember what I was responding exactly. "why not since you can duo client anyway" I was doubting if a person owning many accounts is accepted,why can't NX being send to each one. And neither of us don't know this is abusing without whitelist,so we've doing such thing so far. We would never do so if there were a second chance.
It's our fault that trying to multiple voting indeed,and as we are not a family case,we didn't think that voting with different IP would cause such a abuse. Does it really mean our account get permanent banned? Thanks for your patience.
you didnt just try, you have been doing so for months and on top of that we have difficulty believing you arent either account sharing or just playing the two accounts on your own as it connects from the same computer and ip address and has the same PIN and PIC set.
There's only 1 PC in our place playing mapleroyals since our laptops remove clients somehow or sometime have difficulty running. And even I know it's hard for you to believe,we all think PIN/PIC is troublesome for logging in,so we even discuss about it.
Plus,we aren't account sharing,I don't know anything about his account. He shouldn't know about mine as well.
The detail is the thing we share is a PC,if you check his account logging history,he used to log on another computer or using different IP.
