Your Character Names:Kimberlyn Last thing you did:AFKing in Freemarket Why do you think you got banned?:i wasn't really sure why i got banned. i left my character in the freemarket overnight as i forgot to close my computer Ban message when attempting to log in: this ID has been deleted or blocked from connection What GM banned you (optional):NA
on your pet? Fluffram kept saying things like "Bah!" and "Baa?" every few seconds while a GM tried to talk to you.
Oh uh, i think i accidentally toggled my pet macro on by accident,i made ALT + T as my toggle on . It was a macro i made for GMS to let my pet reach closeness 30000 to use a special pet command. Sorry for the inconvenience. Is my ban permanent or suspended for a certain amount of days
It is a permanent ban. Using a macro program to gain an advantage over other players is a Major Infraction.
how would pet closeness gain advantage over players? I know im in the wrong for using the macro accidentally. But its not like i was selling leech for more than 7 hours or something.
You gained an advantage by having a macro program do work for you in game, allowing your pet to level up in closeness without your direct input. This is something we treat as an absolute, no matter how large or small the gained advantage is.
Ah well, if you think i gained a big sum of advantages from this. You can remove my pet since the advantages i gained from this is closeness so maybe you can just remove that one specific pet or all of my pets if its deem to be an advantage as well.
Oh, i made the macro especially for GMS ( real maplestory server), it was made a few months back and i set the toggle on ALT + T or F6. On that particular day when i was going to sleep, i dimmed the light of my laptop and i pressed ALT by accident rather than FN + F6 (which was to dim the light) both buttons are very close to each other, so the bot started working after i dimmed my light. I did not check my laptop until the next morning where theres no power left
Whether it was an accident or not, the fact is that a macro program was used in the game. Again, it does not matter the amount of perceived gain. The ban will remain permanent.
