IGN: Gilli Last thing you did:I was leeching a player for 16 hours and helping him level up to 120, he paid me about 4x more than any other player so i wanted to leech him for as long as possible for obvious reasons. Why do you think you got banned?: He was paying me really well and with alot of items and scrolls and i guess that his items wasnt legit since i got banned. He paid me with mesos and alot of Chaos and White scrolls, later i found out that there was alot of dupped scrolls in the game so i guess he might paid me with dupped items. I dont know if he did but that's the only reason i can seem to think off. It's just a little unusual for people to make a ban appeal a month later without mentioning that they've been away, so I'd guess that this was why John asked. Anyway, thanks for the explanation. =) I've had a look through our records of the duping incident and our available evidence points more towards you being involved in the duping than being an innocent victim. Could you tell us why you didn't alert a GM when you received 140 White Scrolls as payment for leech, please?
Because he told me that he had been playing on the server for a while and that he had perfekt items so he didnt need the scrolls anymore. I didnt think that you could dupe scrolls so i just thought that he was a rich guy that was to lazy to level up on his own. I've also been struggling with mesos ingame and when i saw this opportunity to make alot of money i took it. Ofc when i look back it doesnt really make any sense to buy so many White Scrolls but the guy seem'd like a really honest guy that just wanted the leech. You can gladly remove all the duped scrolls since i didnt play on the server for white scrolls but for the community =)
Not to sound rude or implying that you're not right but that is honestly not what happend. If i have to go as much into details about my story as i can to get the truth out i will. At around 11am my time (GMT +1, I live in Denmark) I was hanging out ingame since all of my maple friends just went offline since the majority of the server is from US or Canada. I needed some ingame cash since i just bought my genesis 20 and was completely out of mesos. I used a smega and shoutouted that i was selling all kinds of leech for a low amount of mesos (So i could help players that maybe couldnt afford skele leech or need gs2 leech etc.). Soon after this guy whispered me that he would pay alot of money for me to leech him if i could go on for about 12 hours. Since this was during my summer vacation i was free that day and told him that i was willing to do it. We did not speak much during the leeching since he went afk every 2 hour but he pay'd me when he returned. Of course i asked him how he got this much money but he told me that he had been playing on the server for about a year and that he had merched the entire time so i honestly thought it was possible to obtain this amout of money if you merch everyday for a year. I was poor and bored at the time and i wanted to get some easy money and help a low level guy get to his 100 (That was his personal goal for the day and i wanted to see if i could live up to the challenge). I know this is my mistake and that i probably wont get my account back but ill try atleast. This is as detailed as i remeber the events and i hope that it might help find the truth. You can take all my items from my account since i played for the commuinty (Thou i know that it is not about the items but about the fact that you think i was hacking). I played around 16 hours every day and i donated to the server because i enjoyed it that much and i honestly miss it. I know that this probably wont make you change your mind but atleast i didnt give up without a fight -Gilli
