Why do you think you got banned?: I honestly have no idea. I don't think I've logged in since August 2018. I was just logging in just now on a whim to see if any friends were on. My only guess was that it might be because I've still been voting occasionally for NX, and it flagged it as suspicious activity?
Ban message when attempting to log in: "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection."

EDIT: I was able to log in through my laptop, but it's still not working through my desktop.

I don't have a router to restart - it's an ethernet connection in a dorm.

 

Your dorm ip must have been banned. Try contacting your dorm's isp to resolve this issue.
