I went to a party, came back home and decided to do stuff both on omegle and your private server. Now.. I can't even re-call what I did on both of these stuff I can only imagine how bad I embarrassed myself on omegle and in-case you don't know it's a webcam chatting kind of thingy. I was so drunk because im not a russian unfortunately and yea I probably did break a rule or two on your server, I don't know what rule but it basically got me perm-banned.. I was checking from time to time if I got unbanned but I came into conclusion that I was perm-banned. Testing the waters here in-case I will actully be forgiven for my mistakes. It was not intended as I was drunk but I did it for sure and I hope an apology is enough to get me unbanned and enjoy the community and the gameplay. I wasn’t at my best conscious at the time as I said.. But if there’s any way to fight back, if I attempted to RWT but eventually didn’t do it.. Is there any way to vow that I won’t? I learned my lesson not to play while im drunk
We take all instances of RWT very seriously even if done in jest. We have a zero tolerance policy to attempting or performing RWT actions.
But as you said and it’s funny because I can’t re-call, I attempted to do so.. I wasn’t fully aware of what I was doing and I assure you it won’t happen as I will maturely take care of my account and fully obey the terms of service. If it’s not within your range of authority can you kindly refer an administrator? I assure you Mr. Muffin and by the way I make great muffins my wife can confirm, I will not disobey the terms of service nor do anything related to RWT.
That’s the following policy: Real World Trading - The act of exploiting the software or the game for any sort of commercial purpose, including buying or selling items, mesos, or services for real world currency or barter, or additionally, any and all solicitation, advertisement or other promotion of the aforementioned. Punishment: Permanent ban. I don’t wanna point anything bad but it doesn’t refer to attempting the action. It says “the act of” which I didn’t do as you said.. If you can look onto that and seek a breezing solution for me as for like unbanning me and flagging me for a chance so that every little thing will get me banned.. it’d be appreciated as I wanna start streaming and make videos for youtube
If you continue reading the entire game rules down to the bottom, the Major Infraction appendices note the following. In addition, the Believable Claim rule would also come into play when dealing with any of the other game rules.
We treat all cases of RWT with a permanent ban. I'm sorry but there will be no second chances for this matter.
