Character name: JamesMorgan Last Thing you did: Either I was selling leech or hanging around at fm Why do you think you get banned?: Hm.. not sure. Maybe because of my wealth? Ban message when ateepmting to log in: This ID has been blocked or deleted What GM banned you (optional): I dont know
you're banned for soliciting real life explicit content/ roleplaying from players in exchange for mesos
Thanks for your explanation! Oh yea, I can remember that time ( Pretty sure, it was at fm that I asked such nonsenses/bullshits) Basically, I meant it as a for 200% joke by making it appear "serious and real" so that they could believe it for real (I think, they were all newcomers who were pretty naiv) and I can make more "fun" out of it. But if it was too much, I deeply apologize to whom it may concern. As you can see from all my past transactions, I am innocent with regard to my asset. And I came up with this idea, because when passing by, I saw someone all-chatting with his partners if the partners can do some homeworks for some meso. I am aware of the Terms and Rules of RWT and I was certain that my "act" does not violate the T&C concerning RWT, because I did not get any "in-game Benefits" from it (for example: buying mesos or game items in exchange for real world currency or barter). So, in my very personal opinion, I could consider my case as more "harassment" or "solicitation without any intentions to make "in-game benefits" than common RWT?
RWT works both ways, you asking them for very specific 'services' outside of the game for meso rewards is also not allowed.
Thanks for the reply! So, am I banned temporarily or permanently? I completely agree with that I "solicited" specific services in exchange for mesos and I will serve punishments corresponding to my act, however my case should be differentiated from common RWT, because: 1) Unlike RWT, I never draw advantages which affect the game play (There is nothing to do with that "explicit content" in game you are talking about, i.e., I cannot resell it for mesos/game items cuz no one is gonna buy it in exchange for mesos/game items) 2) I meant it as a joke and that is why the targets were newcomers. 3) If it is a common RWT, I do not see any differences between common RWT and pure solicitation (first offence: one week-ban) which are both noted in Terms & Rules. The main point of doing RWT is that you get "in-game benefits" massively. 4) As you can see from https://royals.ms/forum/threads/ban-appeal.90649/, the "joke" was accepted/tolerated even though this case was even more like common RWT than mine. To sum up, I was being "jerk" and I am also ready to serve punishments, but in my opinion, the act/violation you are pointing out here, does correnspond more to pure solicitation than common RWT. I hope, you go easy on my case and consider it more as pure solicitation which is even meant as a joke.
1) As mentioned RWT works both ways. RWT sellers dont benefit in-game from selling their items and meso but they do benefit in real life for what they get for it (often currency like USD). The explicit content you were requesting does have value. You specifically asked for their character names too in the videos you were requesting which makes it seem like you could be planning to blackmail them or just share it online on 18+ websites which can accumulate revenue. 2) Even as a joke real world traders and solicitors there of have been permanently banned when RWT became more prominent in the game (late 2017) 3) I'm not sure where you got the information of a one week ban from related to RWT and what common RWT means to you as that's not described in the game rules. We only have a permanent ban listed connected to the rules against RWT. 4) Linking a post of more than two years ago doesnt support your case as we've been more strict since then for solicitors as well.
