Character Name: FantaTofu Last thing you did: leveling at Korean town then log off Why do you think you got banned?: I was running the other game (black desert fishing) at the same time? Not sure if this is consider as a third party program. I just spent $25 to be a donor but if I got ban without any evidence I would consider to dispute and quit. Ban message when attempting to log in: This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection. What GM banned you (optional):
No sir that is not my account, that is my brother's account. We live in same house and we using the same computer to play. However I know it's against the rule if we share account so I made another one for him to play. If you have a proof that he is hacking with his account then his account deserve a ban. However, to ban my account just because we have the same IP address or share the same PC that's a bit unreasonable. I created his account for him to play before I get to work today, and when I got home I realized me and his accounts both got ban. I didn't see any unauthorized program on my PC that's why I'm wondering why my account got ban. If you can give me a chance to let him know do not do this again I can promise you this won't happen again.
Well your company should be consider to update your rule because it didn't mention about that it's not allow to create an account for another person. Anyway, since you don't have any evidence that showing I'm hacking with my own account but still banned me, I will send a charge back ticket to my cc company to ask for a dispute.
be sure to send them the terms and conditions as well, I'm sure that will help you especially where it says: 'Payments for virtual currency are non-refundable.'' The game rule you're looking for is written already: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/mapleroyals-game-terms-conditions.86769/ Account Sharing - The act of sharing the use your account, sharing account information with any other individual, or the act of logging into or otherwise using an account owned by another person, with or without permission, regardless of whether or not the information was directly or indirectly shared.
I DID NOT shared my account information with my brother, he does NOT know my account information (FantaTofu). I created another account for him (attention: only the ID, he made the password and pin himself), and he owned that account and he DID NOT shared that account with me either (BeenFunmmm). I think that's the reason why you "assume" that I have two account in the beginning before I explain anything (which is not so professional). However, we usually set our password and pin number very similar or the same, but that doesn't means we are sharing the account. Again, unless you can prove that I log on BeenFunmmm or my brother log onto FantaTofu, otherwise I'm innocent. Also I already submit a ticket for a dispute on the charge to both my credit card company and Paypal as well, so you should show the picture to them, not to me. The term & condition is set by your company, that means nothing to be honest. If a virtual currency transaction are non-refundable then there will be no Paypal charge-back at all, you dont even need to list #7 on your term & condition. Unless your company's term & condition is above the law, otherwise I totally have my right to request a charge-back due to your company banned my account without any evidence showing I'm sharing account or hacking. If you do have the evidence, save it and show that to Paypal. I already got my money back from my credit card company so now the argument is between my credit card company, Paypal and your company now. Good luck.
