Hello i was playing a lan party at my friends home, and he started hacking on his own account because he thought it could be funny for some reason. -_- BUT!!! for some reason my account got banned too, which i really dont understand?? Can you please unban me? (i've spend lots of time on my account, and i would never hack)!!!! :-(

That's exactly why you got banned. Unfortunately, you will remain banned due to your "friend's" actions.
Look i'm not his dad, and therefor i can't decide what he wants to do in his own home -_- I didn't take any part of it. i was just doing cpq, and then i got banned. -_- unfortunately i was playing on his Network :-(
I have spoken with Kat, and after reviewing the logs further, we found that your explanation was plausible and decided to unban your accounts. However, when I saw that you had created a new account to circumvent the ban, I decided to ban you for 14 days on all of your accounts. You may play after the 14 days is over.
You Guys really have some special rules -_- even in normal maplestory like GMS, EMM, KMS you could make a new account after you got banned.? how can i can banned for that?? i mean like come on!
To quote from the T&C: Creating a new account in order to be able to play is clearly circumventing a ban.
Something like this should be a matter of common sense, and in case it wasn't obvious, a quick forum search or glancing at a few ban appeals would have given you the answer. If you found the sentence about ban evasion confusing, you should have asked before making a new account, and we could have clarified things.
Look I don't attend to cheat or anything stupid i just wanna play on this server. where can i read about all your "reasons for getting banned"? Cause i clearly don't know about all your rules, and now i got banned for 30 days because of it. consider to make them more clear for people please.
I'd strongly recommend reading the T&C, as the rules are enforced here: http://royals.ms/forum/threads/game-terms-conditions.353/ I would also like to add that we are currently discussing ways to clarify and improve the rules, and that any rule changes we make will be posted up in the announcements section.
okay thank you sounds great, but maybe you should also post it somewhere online in the game, and make it very clear for people. but i think i'll just quit this private server, I can't wait a month to get unbanned. :-( Anyway, sorry for my bad English.
We do post a lot of information ingame in the form of Royal Tips. Hope you find another server to your liking, and if you don't, you'll be able to play here when your ban has expired.
well obviously not enough.. Maybe you guys should focus more on working on glitches and stuff like that, instead of kicking people away from your server. I know many guys would be happy if there were less glitches, especially in the pqs.
One of our Royal Tips tells people to read the T&C, and upon registering for Royals you agree to the T&C. If this is not enough I don't know what is. Claiming ignorance to the rules is no excuse for breaking them. It's the players responsibility to familiarize themselves with the rules.
