    Last thing you did:Too long time cant remember its about 1~1.5 year
    Why do you think you got banned?:I have 2 brothers. We have three computers sharing the same network in our old home . Maybe playing with same ip?
    Ban message when attempting to log in: This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection

    This was the beginning, but after knowing that only one account can be used for the same IP, two of us used mobile phones to vote. Its has been a long time we using the phone to vote.

    Are you unaware that you are only allowed to vote once per day per household unless you are on the voting whitelist?

    I think we have misunderstood the voting rules. Is it still too late if we apply for whitelist now? We can provide a copy of family register, ID card and our photo. Hope to lift the ban~f12

    If there were multiple people playing from the same household as you, you would have had to apply for the voting whitelist before double voting as much as you did.
