You are only supposed to vote once per 24 hours on one account only. It's listed under our Terms and Conditions: It looks like the severity was deemed permanent, unfortunately.

Now if I were to believe that those accounts belonged to your brother, there are some issues still: You are still vote abusing using the accounts you claim are yours. You are apparently not on the voting whitelist. You and your brother votes on between 2-4 accounts regularly. There is also the slight problem where you are logged into your brothers accounts at the same time as the accounts you say are yours.
We did not ask for the white list because we said that it does not make sense for a simple game (take photos and others), also he usually votes with his cell phone and I with mine.
