IGN: BenDan Last thing you did: was killing evil eyes at cave of evil eye 2, picked up an item and immediately got d/ced What do you think got you banned? : I've only been playing about three days now and in that time my game file has seemingly deleted itself four or five times and I had issue to begin with running the game the first time. I'm using a technical preview of windows 10 so I'm thinking either there's some firewall setting that I didn't disable that messed with the game or that there's some background process running that interferes with the game Ban Message when attempting to log in: Your Account has been permanently banned for serious violation of the rules. Also, does anyone have any ideas as to why the mapleroyals application file would keep deleting itself? I'm running it in compatibility mode for windows 7 and every 6-7 hours it kinda just disappears from the file folder......
Investigated and unbanned. Regarding the client file disappearing, it would likely be some sort of virus protection which keeps quarantining or deleting the file. Check to see what virus protection you have enabled and see if you can create an exception for it.
