I had to create a forum account as I did not have one previously. All timings and dates specified are in (+8 GMT) Computer overheated and could not boot up, headed over to neighbor’s house to level up as I really wanted to get to 4th job, but my computer wouldn’t boot properly, (16/04/2020, 1 pm ~ 3 pm) Logged in from his PC to try to level up a little, I logged from his PC after. I went over again to log on for a little while and have dinner at his place because I did not have anything to do while my PC was dead. (16/04/2020, 9 pm) I went home afterward to check if I could finally boot up my PC. Finally managed to log in at (16/04/2020, 10+pm) from my own PC but it crashed on me again at (17/04/2020, about 2 am) so I went over again and stayed till 8 am in the morning. I was on his PC for a while looking for leech and using his PC in general (about 2-5 am) until he took over, I even had a conversation with some guildmates (my first leecher) and buddies, that was all me. (My friend was using this leecher just yesterday too, I am sure our typing style is very different) if that is worthy to be used as evidence. During this time was when I assume the alleged "account sharing" misunderstanding happened. My friend was on his own account while I was in view of his screen, I instructed him to type if required (leech prices/duration, etc) at my discretion as it would be illogical to keep shifting around in his room as it was very small. To my knowledge, the time he mentioned that it was him on my account was when he was about to go to cwkpq and handling multiple chats as well as transferring his equipment, he mistakenly typed on my account instead saying "about to cwkpq" so that if there were any issues during the leech (disconnection or death or time running out in general), he could be contacted. The reason why he instinctively did this was that he just got leeched a day before on his own account, in the very same map and had gotten used to it. Afterward when questioned about his main account and why he was on this account, he mentioned that he was on the account to help me out. Perhaps the way he phrased it was questionable? I fully understand the strict policy on account sharing and we strongly support your cause against it. I hope that I have provided a good enough explanation along with timestamps that (to the best of my knowledge) match your logs. This whole back and forth between my wonky PC and his PC only happened starting this Thursday, and never ever before, also this account was never used as an "HS mule" or anything like that to benefit my friend's cause (which would be more likely why people share accounts I think?), it was just meant to be online to accept leech. If this situation is considered to be account sharing, I will gladly accept it at an appeal of a lighter ban instead of a permanent ban if it is possible. I checked your explanation and while it is true, it's still considered account sharing. You can not have two accounts belonging to different people online on the same computer at the same time. It's especially not allowed for them to do any actions on them either even if you deemed them to be minor (chatting for leech, paying, accepting trades etc.) your bans have been updated to 30 day account sharing bans starting april 17th, 26 days remain from this post onward.
