I believe there is some sort of misunderstanding here. I have not log in for quite some time, like for years.
Since when did i get a permanent account sharing ban? Kindly advise.

Ive just checked with my husband that previously he was playing . He got banned for some reasons.
But i didnt know that it'll involved me now as well. Can something be done here, i can prove we are not the same person?

Unfortunately it wouldn't matter even if you proved you were separate people as the computer and connection will remain banned.

 

but my account shouldnt be banned ? i as a person and my character did nth to get ban ?

 

1.go do a check on the creation date of my characters/accounts i have. and you ll know i am not in anyway affiliated with banned characters.
2.Thus there is no reason to ban MY accounts in the first place, as i do not fall under "ban evasion"

will seek your prompt actions to uplift the ban on my accounts so i can log in another computer/connection.
will cooperate on my end to provide whatever is need to expedite on your process/investigations
