Closed Ban Appeal

Character Name: My Characters: ClutchNorris, Changbangg, Ciutchnorris || My Sister's Character: PrincessHS
Last Thing I did: Updated my Shop and went to sleep. Tried logging on and MS closes after character selection with: I've been removed from Login server.
Why Do I Think I Got Banned: I'm not quite sure, but this is where I end up after researching the issue :/ After looking around more, I realize it might have been me logging into my sister's account. I didnt know that would get me banned since we're the same household :/
Who Banned Me: N/A

 

What were you doing when you logged in to her account?

 

Hi Muff,
I usually just leech her when she's busy with school/work, which is most of the time. But out of the ordinary nothing much. She's still a low lvl and in all honestly (i'm not 100% sure she has much interested in still playing.) The last thing she or I remember doing is possibly CPQ or maybe grinding at chronos.
I just wanted to help her out since I hog this PC the most. I talked to Dave on Discord last night and he said I should re-read the terms and conditions for playing. I realize that it might have been both of us voting from the same household. (which I just found out was illegal voting and we should have gotten whitelisted before hand.) So, I'm sorry about that.

I do love this server and the friends I've made on it, but I also realize I made a mistake. So if there's anything I should or could do, please let me know.

Oh! I also make her hold my scrolls since she doesnt have much stuff yet... and.... well scrolls take up a lot of room = =.

 

Unfortunately using someone else's account in such a manner is a permanent ban, as per the Terms & Conditions of the game.

I see, I'm really sorry about that. I spoke to my sister about it and she's alright if she doesnt play further, or if whitelisting is possible we'd be happy to provide proof. Would it be possible to reinstate the account? I know I should have read the terms and conditions better beforehand, and I apologize.

I understand and know the issue was bad, and again I do apologize, but I feel like a perma bad is pretty hefty. I'd be willing to take the 30 day as now I understand the issue and the consequences. Would it be something that can be considered? Pleeeeease?

I'm not trying to deny ignorance, and again I apologize for not knowing before hand. Ultimately the decision is yours and I respect that. However, I do feel the punishment of a perma-ban is quite extreme.
I really do love royals and support it via donations. The community is great and I truly enjoyed my experience here. Ive worked hard on my characters and tried to be a healthy member.

Is there really no leniency in this?

Again, I respect the decisions of you and the other GMs, and just ask for some re-consideration.
