The number of accounts you created for the purpose of cheating is beyond our limit of giving any sort of leniency. If you did not understand something in the rules, you could have asked. You also ignored the information you see on the voting page, and intentionally switched between multiple devices/networks for the purpose of circumventing our blocks in place. Your ban appeal has been denied, and your permanent ban will remain.
