Dude I've read the vote abuse earlier and I've read it now, i didn't use any VPN never, and i didn't vote more than once in 24 hours, this never happened, how did i abuse the voting rules i have no clue, and its mentioned that if i vote abuse i will get 14 days ban, man i didn't abuse and i didn't get any warning, why did u ban all the accounts on my IP address. this is very disappointing
You only get a 14-day ban if it's minor. Yours was constituted as major because of the amount of abuse that took place.
man this is so bad, it is extremely bad, i didnt do any vote abuse and u banned all my brother's accounts with me, you are an administrator here and u are just talking like an auto answering machine, just tell me what did i do wrong, u wasted all my efforts suddenly without even doing something wrong, i didnt use the same IP to vote in more than 1 time in 24 hrs, i had mobile data and this is not against the rules as i read it pretty well, no VPN nothing against the rules, and then u ban all our accounts, seriously how is this even possible I HAVE NO CLUE.........
im using the same wifi for playing and voting, he is using the wifi for playing maple and his mobile data to vote, and we all got banned, is that fair for someone that has been playing the game since 2018? and never got any ban or warning letter and have a good reputation in game, i dont think that this is fair Sir
Can you tell me who owns these characters? SinsFreak, ItsZooz, Ghazi, MageFP, MageBS, RadwanPrince That is 1 character from every account, which also happens to vote daily as well.
Replying to Gert, well i didn't know about the vote whitelist and i can accept that its my mistake, but is it worth it to permanently ban all of our accounts for this, i mean we didn't use any software or any VPN and as an administrator you can check that its only house router (Wifi) and a mobile data, so after all this we can't get any chance?
Replying to Andreas, these are our accounts as i mentioned earlier we all play on 1 wifi and we got mobile data as well, so 1 will use the wifi to vote and others will use the data (no in any sequence) for example Sinsfreak can use wifi today and data tomorrow, RadwanPrince can use wifi tomorrow and data today and in that way but we didnt use anything against the rules and you can check the history since i started my 1st account which have 2 characters (Sinsfreak NL 15x & abuzooz preist 8x) back in 2018
