If I voted that day one time, the system will say you need to wait how much time and then you can vote again. You're doing a lot of ''rechecking'' if you voted or not in april where you double vote usually with about 3 minutes in between. So you either have the memory of a goldfish or you were trying to get some extra NX which isnt allowed
