Why do you think you got banned?: no idea what so ever, im not even sure if im banned. i did some reesearch on my error. " disconnected form the login server" i found a thread saying thats a possible MAC ban.. i shouldnt have been banned for anything. never cheated or broke the rules. i need some clarity.

is there any more information i can provide to expedite the process? i haveent played in at least a year maybe, and i only made a bandit and was making a sin, and had a fighter. i did some scrolling on my gear, did the voting for NX.

 

am i just going to get ignored like other people that you just decide you not care about? i have never broken the rules or cheated or done anything wrong and im getting screwed for no reason. what the hell happend why am i banned, please respond.

i have used a VPN before to play other games. but not maplestory. i always only used hardwired connection to the router. When i was having issues the other day trying to login to the game, i went to my friends house and logged in on his computer to test and see if there was something wrong with my computer. thats when i figured out i have MAC ban for no reason whatsoever. and ive had like 3 different computers in total since playing on mapleroyals. and i might have let me little brother play his account on my computer a while ago, but that was on a laptop like ages ago . and i think my little sister about the same time, but they never really got into the game from what i remember. i think they played for like a week or two and lost interest. i dont think they ever got to level 30. as of now, only i play on my computer they have thier own computers now. and im back at home with my family so im playing from and old IP im assuming. thanks for reply, i hope we can get this figured out. i want to play my bandit again and level my sin

 

whats going on man??? i see you replying to other posts and keeping up on their stuff but just ignoring mine dude. I DIDNT HACK/CHEAT/BREAK THE RULES. i never did anything wrong, im being targeted for some reason, and im about to just say screw this server and play Maple Legends/Maple Home/ ANY OTHER SERVER THAT WONT DO THIS TO ME dude. i put alot of time into my bandit and scrolling and VOTING FOR YOUR SERVER EVERY DAY so wtf man. wtf is going on, i have done nothing wrong to you or anyone or the game or the community or anything. PLEASE tell me what mastermind secret conspiracy you think im a part of dude. i just want to play maple story. @Gert

 

to my knowledge, no. that was a long time ago, and unfortunately i never really monitored what they were doing, i just thought they were playing maple story. and i didn't see any downloaded software of any sort at the time ( they were young so i actually checked if my little brother downloaded stuff on my PC because hes young and stupid and wanted to click things lol) but no, i never found anything that i would assume is hacking, to lead to a ban you are referring to. i got consequently banned because my friend had gotten himself banned when i had brought my computer over to my friends house to play maple story with him. he got banned for something like transaction based and then I GOT BANNED because i was using the same IP, from his house. but i told you guys what happened and i got un banned cause i myself didn't do anything wrong nor did i contribute to whatever he did. but now that i have gone through all that thought process and actually remembered these things i remember him getting banned. and i JUST NOW realized that i bought his computer from him like last year. because he got a new computer. so im playing on his computer that he got banned on... so after all this, i understand why im being put through all this. im playing on his old computer he got banned on years ago. THATS why my account isnt banned, because i myself didnt ever violate the rules but when i tried to download and play on "my new PC' i cant.... because im using his hardware he got banned on...... i guess it wasn't such a conspiracy after all. sorry for the anger. i just felt targeted erlier because i was unaware of this circumstance. so to answer your question CORRECTLY, yes. my friend who previously played on this computer "his old PC" did actually get banned. normally i would have just deleted the first half of this reply but i want you guys to know the backstory of what actually happend and how i am in the situation i am in today. so this sucks.... Sooo for my next question. do you guys ban PEOPLE in specific like league of legends? or am i screwed because i basically bought a used car i didnt take to the mechanic first to get checked out. and if thats the case, that makes me sad af and i guess im done with maple. or at least until i get a new hard drive. because im not going to try and "Ban Evade". it is what it is i suppose.

 

what does "bump your appeal" mean? ive seen that beeing said on other posts. only thing i do is reply to the thread. does replying to the thread mean bumping it?

 

i have no idea, that was over a year i bought the computer and like 3 years maybe more since i even played with him. should i just buy a new hard drive? Im not banned so i can just replace the part and play right? im tired of all this, i just want to play maple bro this is getting ridiculous.
