Yes. but I really can't remenber ID,I play this one most. I pretty sure I ban for IP problem cause I have been leaning in Taiwan for a year and go back to China mainland，But as you know the connecting is not very great for GFW result. Is this an objective reason and cannot be appealed? If I cant recover my accout,I need sin up a new one?
You don’t seem to be banned. Could you please try restarting your router and computer? If that doesn’t work could you try connecting from a different IP address on your VPN?
