Closed Ban Appeal

Hi, I played back in 2016 then dropped off for a few years. I was trying to get back into it but saw that my account has been (probably) banned, and I'm not entirely sure why. I assume it's due to inactivity but if there is another reason it would be great to know, as I don't recall doing anything that might have gotten me banned. Thanks!

I know this isn't a ton of helpful information to get my account back, so I understand if it can't be recovered. I have access to the email still at least if that helps.

 

Sorry that this doesn't help with getting my account recovered. It's been so long since I last played I don't remember, and since I can't even log into maplestory I can't check character names.

I don't recall vote abusing, but obviously it's been a while. Can you at least let me know when I got banned? I stopped playing after 2016, and am only now coming back, but if it's something I did during that time then I guess I don't really have any arguments against the ban

I didnt play back in 2019, so I wonder if my account got hacked or something. I know this is a bit of a reach, but is there any chance of getting my account unbanned if I change my login credentials or something?

 

I doubt it, I don't know why I would if I wasn't actively playing the game. If it makes it better (and if you can I guess) would it be possible to remove the nx gained from that time or something?
