Closed Ban appeal?

I'm coming back from a very long break to mapleroyals. Before quiting I was dumb enough to give my account to a "friend" of mine and never checked back on it, however now that I'm coming back I was having problems to log in, thinking that it was just a forgotten password issue I tried using the control panel only to realise that I lost access to the email used to create my account. This is fine now since I managed to contact microsoft and recover my e-mail as notified here.

So finally I got excited since I was on the process of reseting my pasword and all other info so I could log-in in-game and when I open the game and enter my info I was meeted with the "blocked or deleted account" message, upon searching my IGN on the forums I found a ban appeal post from another person however, this guy is not the "friend" I gave my account to. I confronted my "friend" today and he told me that he gave my account to that other guy and he was indeed caught in account sharing.

Anyways, I realize now that giving my account to other person back then was a mistake, I did not know it wasn't permited even back then (I know that not knowing the rules doesn't excuse me from breaking them, I was dumb).

Is there any way possible for me to recover my Bishop account? I can provide proof if needed that it is me indeed the one who originally owned the account.

Anyways I hope you understand my situation and hopefully we can come up with a solution, I'll understand your position otherwise since what I did was wrong.
