I would like to play this server again, and beg a chance to unban my sister’s account and mine. At that time, May 2018, when I submitted the appeal, I was confused. We are just friends, meet on the internet and get friends. There is a mistake between GM and me. The question on 6F of the previous post: How come you both play using the same wifi/internet? At first, I thought “you both” means my sister and me, but the actually is Pony030 and me. Pony030 and I make friends on the internet and meet several times in reality. Sometimes he needed supports from me, so I lent my equipment or items to him with his PC and IP at his home. Therefore we used the same internet. But, if you check the log in data, you will find out that I have my own IP which is different from Pony030’s. About the second half of 2017, I forgot actually time, l had not logged in for a period of time because of my personal business. You can check the log in IP and log in time. Before that time, my IP was always different from Pony030. At May 2018, I would like to log in my account. I found that I got banned. And I had no idea what happened. At that moment, I even didn’t know Pony030 got banned either. Pony303 is not me! We are two people. Not one person with two accounts! I just desire to get my family’s accounts back. Hello @Tim , thank you for your reply. I know what you mean. But I think there is a grey area. I review your Game Terms & Conditions, the article 10 of Major Infractions: Account Sharing, which is about sharing account with other. I never share my account to any other person. And there is no rule about log in other PC with friends IP. I hadn’t logged in my account for a period of time because of my personal business in outer county. That means I didn't have my own computer available. Once time, I dropped by Pony030. He needed my gear supports, so I used his computer for convenience. I know the account sharing is illegal, and try to not break the rule, so I controlled my character myself throughout the process. I’m sure that Pony030 do not know my password. I didn’t know that this action is considered a violation. I’m so sorry to do that. Would you please unban my accounts ?
you still cant be online on the same computer at the same time as your friend and transfer items, that's considered a major infraction of account sharing under our rules
