    Last thing I did: I was training at GS2
    Why I think I got banned: I was holding down the X key which is heal for my cleric, and then I fell asleep LOL. So perhaps the fact that I was healing for an extended amount of time made it look like I was botting?
    Ban message at login screen: Banned for botting

    Please reconsider my ban! Thanks!

    Sorry, but anyone can claim to have fallen asleep at the keyboard with their finger on the relevant key. It might be true, it might not, we have no way of telling, but if it looks like botting, it gets treated as botting.

    Is there anyway to look at the history or like replays? I know that if I hold heal for an extended amount of time, I suddenly don't do any damage to the Slimys. In order for heal to do damage to Slimys again, I have to reposition myself. So there isn't any reason for me to stand still in one place and hold heal since I don't do damage to the Slimys eventually. I really didn't bot, there was no reason for me to in this case, and I don't know how to. Can you pleaseee reconsider? Thanks!

    Agreed that it doesn't make sense to just hold down the heal - or any other attack - key for an extended period of time, but people still do it, including deliberately.

    So is there still a reason why I should be banned? I wasn't botting, I was just holding down one key. Whether or not I did it deliberately or accidentally doesn't give grands for being banned does it? Thanks

    Engage in robot play (i.e., "botting") or any other behavior that allows you (or any character you are controlling) to automatically function or effect any action in a game with or without your presence;

    So yes. It still counts. Allowing your character to automatically function without your presence. If you're unable to reply to a GM who comes into your map while you're still attacking, then you're considered botting.

    Playing while not paying attention to the game is classed as botting. Whether it was an accident or not.

    Edit: Ninja'd.
