RP chargebacks result in an automatic ban, unfortunately.

I used paypal to recharge RP, RP did not reach my role, I did not go to paypal to refund, the money returned to my bank card,

 

Please remain patient until Matt can get around to your case. If that's what happened, it can most likely be resolved. I'm locking the thread until then. (It's still open, we just don't want a bunch of bumps until the next response.)
