    Character Name: fknEetswa, fkngee, eetswa, niente, I also have brothers who play and it seems all of our accounts are banned we have a lot of characters and multiple accounts what information do you need?
    Last thing you did: Joined a party and was about to fight zakum
    Why do you think you got banned?: No idea
    Ban message when attempting to log in: This is an id that has been deleted or blocked from connection
    What GM banned you (optional): no idea

    this has affected multiple people not just me so if I can get a reason as to why I was banned would be much appreciated thanks :)

    Oh really? I’m sorry we did not even realise we were supposed to do the whitelist but we have been so busy never got around to it so we have been voting on all our difference devices for our accounts we did not realise we would be using the same connection we thought otherwise, we all apologise for this and we love the game and wish to continue playing we have dedicated a lot of time to the game and and even invested real money for rp ! We will definetly request to be on the whitelist after this ! Please give us another chance

    I am afraid that ignorance of the rule is not a valid reason for unban. Players from the same household have to be accepted on the Whitelist before they are entitled to one vote each per day and we do not accept retrospective application after a ban.

    Unfortunately your appeal has to be dismissed.
