Before going further, please ensure that you change your in-game password, and reset the PIN and PIC for the account. I would strongly advise changing your forum password too.
Hi thanks for fast reply I have done so for the forum account buy I cant access my account via the website it keeps saying my pic is wrong(either i don't remember or someone changed it) Edit:Nevermind I managed to reset my pic by email
