All Your Character Names: DaddyCHIA, PapiCHIA, Cptchaaa1
Last thing you did: GM Event, Boss hunting
Why do you think you got banned?: I've no idea, I read the terms and conditions and none showed a month ban. If this is because of dual client, according to a threat on the forum. They stated it's allowed.
Ban message when attempting to log in: Your account has been blocked for using illegal programs or violating the game policy.
    What GM banned you (optional):

    1. Account Sharing - The act of sharing the use your account, sharing account information with any other individual, or the act of logging into or otherwise using an account owned by another person, with or without permission, regardless of whether or not the information was directly or indirectly shared. Punishment: First offense - 30 day ban, Second offense - Permanent ban. Please be aware that, in cases of severe abuse as per discretion of staff, we reserve the right to respond with a permanent ban regardless of if it is your first offense. See appendix for more information.
This is the only first offense ban with 30 days. I did not share my account with anybody at all. All of the accounts were logged in via the same IP address and I use dual client to trade items to the other account for storage. That's all.

Can you explain why you were offering 300 USD to buy a chair in game?

The joke was to a GM, I can't remember her name. She was sitting on a large pepe chair in the Event area which my guess it's not available to maplers but just the staff. Everyone was saying I want, give me. Offer me or some sort of way. I said it as a joke. You can check the account, I've nothing in any of the 3 accounts with godly items or any item that worth more than 300m. In fact, most of the good stuff was donated from my guild leader or people I've met.

Even when joking we take any and all claims of RWT or RWT solicitation very seriously.
The staff members have made a mutual decision that this will not be a permanent ban as it usually would be, but will be a temporary 30 day ban.

I understand where this is coming from but it's a bit harsh to ban a player for 30 days after the player has understood the reason of his ban.
Especially when a crime wasn't committed but verbally said as a joke.
The rule and regulation stated below "An act". I did not commit the offense. The only evidence was verbal to a staff member which was a joke.

Can the staff members please revisit and reconsider this case?

    8. Real World Trading (RWT) - Real World Trading involves the transaction of out-of-game services, items or currency for in-game benefits. We understand that some players are interested in other activities, such as arts, crafts, or Twitch Streaming, and may wish to compensate those who assist them from either side with in-game benefits, however this does place a player in a situation where they may be considered real world trading, at the discretion of staff. We advise against any and all of these sorts of meso-for-art trades. Furthermore, the act of soliciting real world trading does qualify as an infraction of this rule, both in-game and out of game, and therefore requesting any in-game item for real world currencies or vice versa may result in consequences as per this rule at the discretion of staff. For live streaming or similar content, the content creator should ensure they do not offer in-game items or services in exchange for followers, subscribers or donations or anything else that may constitute real world benefits. If a content creator wishes to give away items or mesos, this must be done fairly to all viewers and not be specifically for followers, subscribers or donators. Additionally content creators must not incentivize following, subscribing or donating by rewarding such acts with in-game benefits.

There is more to the game rules, specifically this portion here :
    1. Believable Claim - The act of making any claim to have broken any other rule listed above that we deem believable, including posing, impersonating, or otherwise claiming to be a player who has broken a rule. Punishment: Identical to actually breaking the rule.
As such this could have been a permanent ban, but we decided to show leniency in good faith that you were actually joking and perhaps unaware that even a jest about RWT is treated the same.

I would've accepted a 7 day ban in respect to the rules. 30 days is too harsh for a joke.

I'm sorry you feel that way, however this 30 day ban was a lenient move based on our discretion. We take RWT matters very seriously because of how damaging they are to the game economy.
If you feel you'd like to return after this month ban is up, you are welcome to but we ask that you keep in mind even a joke can be construed as a believable claim.
