Last thing you did: Nothing, character is at mom and dad.
Why do you think you got banned?: May be a false positive vote abuse. I only vote once daily for my mule BabyGem since the start when I played the server, but switched to voting my main Atph and only voted on either one of the account ONCE. That is all I have to say.

Do you own any other characters?

 

Yes, There is another storage character with BabyGem's account named TreasureGem. But that's level 1 and I haven't use that character yet.
Basically, Main acct char: Atph, BabyBank. Mule acct char: BabyGem, TreasureGem. That's all.

 

Were you on your mule account while your main account was logged on?

 

Yes, my mule (BabyGem) was doing PPQ and my main (Atph) was AFK at mom and dad's.

 

Hi, I apologise for keeping you in the dark about this.

You were initially banned for macrobotting as a precaution but it looks like you were just caught up a glitch relating to multiclienting.

Please be wary of your characters' movements while you are online on multiple clients as there may be instances where you are controlling one character on a client and your other character on another client moves as well.

Your accounts have now been unbanned and you should be able to login now. Once again, I apologise for this and hope that you'll continue to enjoy playing this game.

No problem, I'm fully co-operating to ease the process on the ban appeal and I'm glad it ended on good note.

Regarding the issue on character movements, I usually play on full screen on my mule and windowed on my main. This may be the cause of the potential multiclienting glitch.
