What exactly do you mean im banned for evading a permanent ban? Because my IP address was the same as other players which was banned?

your character Yontel is on the account br******u1 the character CaIIJaiI is on the exact same account ID but with a 3 instead of the 1 at the end. you connect from the same pc, ip and mac addresses.
Thank you for your response. Well the answer to why the IDs are similar are simple. I play Mapleroyals in a public library. Why, you may ask? Simple, it's because I grew up in very rough conditions and cannot afford my own computer. It's very possible that my login credentials were compromised while at the library. The last few times that I was there I actually remember seeing a person behind me looking over my shoulder playing Mapleroyals. It seems like my info was saved on the mapleroyals website. Someone might've stole my info and fabricated an account under my alias. I believe that this person may have created similar login credentials to mine. That is why we may have similar IDs I believe, and hope that you can understand this mishap. Please let me fight for my appeal like June did, she’s a brave woman where she fought back with GM[notice] in the end before she goes(Proud of June).
