Hi Chee! Thank you for your reply. What puzzled me is that, I’ve only been voting on either my Shrimppi OR Shrimppo mainly, for NX(Once every 24 hours) and sometimes on my other account(s) if I need that extra NX to buy something. So how is that major vote abusing when I only voted on either of those account once per day? Is there a misunderstanding? Or could you tell me when I vote abused?

zFreak is my real life friend, there’s once he came over to my place and logged-in his account on my laptop because he needed to buy something in-game. bangsandbows belongs to my sister who used to play MapleRoyals. We don't live together so we did not apply the whitelist. However, from time to time, she does come over to my place and log into her account on my laptop as her own laptop is back at her own place. KoalaCream is my account and it’s under the same account with Shrimmi listed above. And oh! PKaprao/PMew/Pwin is my storage account I missed that out my bad!

I do have a few follow up questions that I hope you'll be able to assist me with: 1) With zFreak, did he log into his account at your place only during that one time or were there other instances too? 2) Does your sister vote when she is at your place? And how often does she go over to your place?
1) zFreak only logged his account at my place once when he was over for dinner. If I remembered correctly it was on 15th October 2020. 2) Initially, My sister and I was living apart. However due to the pandemic, she had to move back to my place and she started playing MapleRoyals over here. Over this period of time, I believe she has also started voting on her account at my place using her mobile device. I only realised after awhile that she was voting on her account and told her that we needed to apply whitelist as she was staying with me in the same household. I did mentioned to my sister about this issue but she just thought that it was too much of a hassle as she was already losing interest in the game and told me she was not going to play much and stopped voting since then. After she moved back to her own place, she does log-in on my computer (Not all the time) when she pops by (About twice a week) to check on her account and maybe to chat up with her friends whom she met in MapleRoyals but that's about it. I understand that this issue is caused by negligence on my part and ask for leniency on the ban.
How long was your sister living with you? Did you still vote when she was voting from your place? You also mentioned that "she said that she was not going to play much and stopped voting since then". Does this mean that she stopped voting after a certain period of time while she was living with you?
My sister was living with me about 5 months ago? during the lockdown where she stayed with me (For about 2 months). For your question on whether I voted when she was voting from my place, as previously mentioned, I only realised after awhile that we had to apply for whitelist when she decided to play MapleRoyals over at my house. By then she and I had already voted on the same household together for quite some time already

Thanks for your patience. Could you please explain how there seems to be a voting behaviour that is definitely not a mistake done by 3 individual people, especially in July and earlier, where you and your sister have 4-5 total votes daily that goes all the way back to April 2020?
Hello Chee. I want to start of by apologizing to you for wasting your time. Yes. You are right, I have checked with my sister and in fact there is 3 person in the same household voting at the period of time (My sister, her girlfriend and I) I alone voted twice per day but I didn’t know that they have voted as well (Sus right?) but it’s true, most of the time we are just playing in our own room, at our own time with 4 different laptops. Every since they moved out and didn’t play MapleRoyals much they stopped voting completely and i’m the only one who is still voting. Over a period of time I stopped voting for 2 accounts because I don’t find a need to and it’s too much of a risk to take because i’m already quite addicted to the game. So as you can see from my logs I have only been voting once per day for the past 5 months or so. I’m not asking for leniency nor my ban to be lifted as I should’ve been honest with you right from the start and this ban appeal could’ve ended with your very first reply because what done is done. It's alright, you don't have to apologise to me for anything. I just wanted to see if I could assist you with your appeal. Anyway, not knowing about a potential vote abuse is not an excuse to carry on with it for a few months. The voting habits of all three of you combined have amounted to a permanent ban on all of your accounts for major vote abuse and unfortunately, I don't suppose we can do anything for you on our end. I'm sorry about this and wish you all the best in your future endeavours.
