Also, I'm afraid this case has been complicated by you ban evading. I apologise that we took so long to deal with your appeal, but you should have bumped your appeal rather than ban evaded, so even if we remove the permaban, you will be serving a 7 day ban for ban evasion.
My apologies for making a new account, I didn't know about the bumping rules and the rules ban evasion. I'll gladly serve the 7-day ban. No, my brother has not logged on at all from either of my laptops. Hope all of your guys' holidays went well!

Nope, I'm 3000 miles away from him right now on the East Coast with both laptops hahaha. Really? Huh, I can't remember when he would've logged into my laptop... maybe he was trying to see if he could after he got banned, when I wasn't home...
OK, I've set your accounts so they're both on a temp ban, which will expire 5 days from now, as you've already served 2 days of your 7 day ban. However, your brother, his computer and your home ip address will remain permanently banned, I'm afraid, since he hacked. You will, however, be able to play at college.
