What GM banned you (optional): TimK My previous ban appeal was closed overnight without any further explanation after being open for 17 days since the last response. Is this your idea of a fair appeal? To my understanding I'm still wrongfully banned for real world trading, of which you claim to have 'evidence'. I know for a fact said evidence simply does not exist as I haven't partaken in any real world transactions. Concerning the allegations that my friend MiniCalvin 'seemed to attempt to sell these items'; this insinuates that my friend is lying to me, which I highly doubt. Yet even if this were the case, I don't see how this is evidence for anything more than MiniCalvin soliciting RWT. I think it is unfair and immoral to take away my countless hours of dedication to this game (and also near £100 worth of RP items, keep in mind) based on supposed evidence of someone else's initial intent to break your ToS. Which again, I don't believe he had, and I don't believe he's dishonest about and even in those beliefs are incorrect, he didn't go through with. My choice to report the gift I've received wasn't some kind of 4D-chess/reverse psychology play. It was simply me trying to protect myself from losing that which you've now taken from me out of anxiety in this 'guilty until proven innocent' regime of yours. If I were actually guilty I would've much rather relied on your infamous and currently showing complete and utter incompetence when it comes to this sort of thing. So if you choose to go through with this, at least man up and admit that you are banning me, an avid long time supporter and player of your server, based on assumption, as any supposed evidence of me real world trading can not and does not exist. You wrongfully banned me.
