Closed Ban Appeal

    ALL Your Character Names: Fawcett, Bears, Loillipop
    Last thing you did: Have not logged on for a while
    Why do you think you got banned?: Part of security breach
    Ban message when attempting to log in: PIN attempts
    What GM banned you (optional):

    Was part of the security block / protection thing. Account is now stuck with too many PIN attempts. Cant seem to get into my control panel (despite knowing password) and a password reset will not send to my email (verified email on account)

    In order to play again you need to:
    - Go to www.royals.ms/controlpanel and choose the 'FORGOT PASSWORD?' feature to reset your password by email (keep in mind the control panel is case sensitive). Do not set your password back to what it was before.
    - Log in on the control panel with the new password you registered and reset your PIN (email verification is required for this step which is also done in the control panel).
    - You should now be able to log in on the game client and set up your new PIN to then start playing again

    I am not receiving a reset email. I have been able to change my password from within the forum, which sends a password change verification to my email, but that doesn't seem to solve anything in regards to getting into the control panel.

    The email entered is case sensitive and some browsers will auto-capitalize the 1st letter of the email address, Make sure to try that as well as checking your spam folder.

    It was the domain of the email being capitalized. Thanks
