Last thing you did: I was just in FM checking a few things, nothing special.
Why do you think you got banned?: I had no internet for a day or so, so I couldnt leech some people I owe them. They paid but didnt get my leech ,but i wasnt scamming them. I was gonna leech them soon or give back their money.
Ban message when attempting to log in: Used Illegal programs / violating game's policy, although thats not true.
What GM banned you (optional): It doesnt tell me which GM.

I'd like to add, I never use hacking or illegal programs and I am friendly to almost any player I meet. I have no idea what could be the cause of this ban, I am a fair and legitimate player most of the time and didnt do anything wrong. Please unban. Thank you.

Excuse me, but I didnt scam anyone. If I really scammed here, I'd understand. But, I didnt. Like I said - they bought leech, I had no internet so I couldnt come leech them. Thats not scamming, thats connection issue. Unless you are talking about something else, though I dont remember anything else happened.

 

I am sympathetic to your connection problems but one week should be more than enough for you to take steps to compensate your buyers considering it didn't take you a week to receive the payment for your service.

As a leech seller myself, The responsibility of fulfilling the agreement you and your buyers had is yours as once the payment is accepted you are the one in a position of power. Steps you can take to avoid such a situation in the future if your connection issues are a reoccurring thing is to give your buyers your forum name or discord information for them to be able to contact you in case one of you disconnecting.

 

I was going to do these things, just like you mentioned. But my internet was gone just 5 minutes after they traded me, and gave me the mesos for the leech. I partied them and was about to begin the leech and then I got a d/c, and couldnt come back until I fixed my internet issues.

I promise you there was no intention to scam these players. I can give them back their mesos the moment I am back online in game. If there was a real intention to scam, I'd accept being banned right now. But thats not the case. I'm a very responsible player and I leeched many players in the past, with my Bishop. I neveer meant to scam anyone, and I play here for about half a year so far and everything was fine.

Please unban me now and I promsie I find these players, and give them back their mesos or leech them, their choice.

And I didnt mean to scam anyways. I had no way to notify them my internet was down. Discord or other methods of communication require internet to work and I had no internet at all.

 

I would like to give you the benefit of the doubt but the evidence I was provided with leaves me with more questions than answers after hearing your side of the story. I believe you might have connection issues but this wouldn't explain why you disbanded the party before disconnecting and why instead of compensating one party you choose to go ahead and recruit another just to repeat the same behavior and disconnect after accepting the payment.

Despite your promise and you claiming you had no ill intention, Nothing prevented you from taking steps to refund your buyers during this week and doing right by them since I can't imagine you had network issues that lasted until today, a Saturday afternoon. Due to all of these reasons your ban will remain and you will serve the full duration of those 14 days. Hopefully, you won't repeat the same behavior in the future and do what's right, giving your buyers a refund once the duration of your ban is over.

Thats wrong. Indeed, my connection issues remained until Saturday. I was going to refund them today but they werent online, and they didnt whisper me about it. So, its not my fault they were not online today to receive their refund. I was planning to refund today.

Secondly, what you stated is not true. I didnt disband the party, I d/c'd and couldnt retunr to the game until my internet issues were fixed. And I moved to a different map, because someone else called me for another leech in a better map I wanted to leech at. So, I was oging to refund them once they are not afk. They were afk, so I thought its okay to leave until they're back and refund them later. Just because I didnt refund immediately doesnt mean I wasnt going to refund at all.

I insist this is completely unfair, especially the way you respond to this. You are not listening to my side of the story, and my internet issues. And the fact I didnt intend to scam and was planning to refund them today, before this ban. If they were online today they would have been refunded already.

So, I'm asking to be unbanned now so I can refund them today. Also, something like this would never happen again because I wont have internet issues this bad anymore. It was an extremely rare internet issue. How exactly do I deserve to be banned for 14 days, just because I had an internet issue? I dont. Simple as that.

Please understand what I'm telling you and the fact this ban is unfair and wrong. You ban a player for actually meaning to do something wrong, not when they had an internet issue that caused it.

 

I have doubts that your issues have been resolved on a Saturday afternoon considering you are from Israel, and Saturday afternoon is a very unlikely time to get such problems solved, but that's beside the point. Everything I have described has taken place, including you disbanding the party before going offline and your choice to take more buyers after disconnecting for the first time.

Your appeal has been rejected and you will serve the full duration of your ban, regardless of the inconvenience or my consideration.

 

you should atleast make the ban shorter, because i had an intention to refund these players. i dont deserve a full ban, only a few days ban. where does rules state not leeching someone is a fourteen days ban?

other than that, please tell me exactly the names of the players so i know who to refund after i am unbanned. i dont remember who they were. and they didnt contact me about a refund, so i dont know who to look for to refund.

 

This includes taking money from people after promising a service, then leaving and not returning. We are also not going to be revealing any names here. You will serve the full duration of the ban, as this is the lowest ban we offer for this offense. I hope this gives you time to think about your actions, as the next offense is a permanent ban.

I've come to agreement with the people who were scammed, that I would refund them for the leech they didnt receive. They of course agree with this, and everything is okay now.
Was just wondering if I can possibly be unbanned now instead of having to wait another week or so, so I can refund them faster as this is already resolved and wont happen ever again and nobody's angry?

I try logging in so I can check when I'm unbanned, but now for some reason I cant see a date that I'll be unbanned at the ban message.
Does that mean now I have a permanent ban? Or if not can you please tell me when I'm gonna be unbanned, thank you.
